After Hours Care

Please call 911 immediately for all emergencies

For routine and non-urgent concerns:

Text us with the Spruce app 24x7 for non-urgent issues, questions, scheduling, refills, forms, etc. and get a response the next business day.

OPTION 1 - Text us on Spruce.  Spruce is monitored 8am to 8 pm.  During this time:

• Non-urgent medical concerns often receive a reply within a few hours, seven days a week
• Messages about scheduling, refills, forms, etc. will receive a reply during business hours (8 to 5 M-F)

OPTION 2 - Use the Symptom Checker button below.  After entering your child's symptom, you will get "Care Advice" for at-home care and instructions for "When to Call", which will tell you when one of these actions should be taken:

• Go to ER - Seek care at your closest ER - We suggest a facility with dedicated pediatric ER physicians such as Children’s Hospital Colorado
• Call Doctor or Seek Care Now - Call us at 720-734-8816 and Press 2 for Urgent.  (see section below)
• Contact Doctor within 24 hours or during office hours - Text us on Spruce or call us at 720-734-8816 and Press 1 to leave a non-urgent message.  We'll follow up with you during business hours.

For urgent concerns:

If you are very worried about your child's condition and/or the Symptom Checker has advised you to "Seek Care Now", please CALL OUR OFFICE at 720-734-8816 and Press 2 for "Urgent".  If you have an urgent concern - CALL, do not text.

• Between 8am and 8pm, your call will be answered or returned within an hour by a member of our team
• Between 8pm and 8am, your call will be answered by an experienced pediatric triage nurse.  If your call is not answered, leave a message and you will get called back within an hour
